THE FACIAL ROOM SOCIETY admits as regular students those individuals who are high school graduates or holders of high school graduation equivalency certificates. THE FACIAL ROOM SOCIETY does not accept ability to benefit (ATB) students at this time.
Complete and submit the application form to the school prior to registration. If unable to download from link provided below, all forms may be obtained by requesting them from the campus.
Action will not be taken on admission or any student loan application until an application fee of $100 .00 is received. Please submit the fee, payable to FACIAL ROOM SOCIETY LLP, in the form of check, money order, or credit card. This is a non-refundable fee and is not included in the cost of tuition.
The photos must be 2x2 inches and should be a recent head and shoulder shot of the applicant. Photos containing filters or writing will no be considered.
Copies of your high school diploma or high school transcripts or home-schooled documentation or high school equivalency certificate; Driver’s License or state issued identification card or birth certificate is required.
All foreign high school transcripts must be translated and evaluated for U.S. equivalency by an agency officially recognized to perform educational translation services, prior to being submitted to THE FACIAL ROOM SOCIETY for verification. It is the student’s responsibility to have the foreign diploma or transcript translated and evaluated as part of the admissions process.
Home-schooled documentation consists of the applicant’s High School Transcripts and a written statement from the parent that provided the Home Schooling. High school education in a home school setting must be approved under state law.

The essay should include the applicant’s accomplishments, why they chose this new area of study, and career goals.
Once the Admissions Application and all verifying documents have been reviewed and approved, Applicants will be invited to complete a personal interview with the Admissions Team to be considered for Enrollment.
