Microcurrent is a safe and effective non-invasive technology used in age management facials that utilizes a low level of electricity to stimulate the face. Microcurrent facials result in skin that is firm, contoured, and hydrated. Applications can be enjoyed as a one time facial, or in a series for improved comprehensive results. 

From the biochemical side, studies show that microcurrent stimulates the production of Adenosine Triphosphate (Cheng, et al. 1982). ATP is the powerhouse that provides energy for key functions, including protein synthesis which aides in collagen and elastin production. 

Our 4 Hour Advanced Esthetics Course in Professional Microcurrent will consist of Theory, Live Model Demonstration, and Hands-On practice.  Students will pair up and perform the treatment on each other under the supervision of the instructor.
