Digital Microblading: Permanent Makeup Artist Course

What is digital microblading?

Traditional Microblading uses a manual microblading blade that cuts into the skin, causing scarring that turns pigments ashy once healed. Using the manual blade limits the application to singular, flat strokes resulting in a less life-like brow. Traditional Microblading is not suited for all skin types.

Digital Microblading uses a PMU machine with different types of needles (magnums, 1RL nano, or acupuncture needles) depending on the type of skin to create the most safe and effective treatment for ALL SKIN TYPES. This award-winning device results in zero scarring or trauma to the skin, faster healing times, and brighter pigments. Our digital technique has no bleeding, no pain, and allows for multi-dimensional strokes creating hyperrealism brows.

Pre-class requirements. Before the class, you must take the Blood Borne Pathogen training and obtain the BBP certificate. Without your BBP certificate, you won't be able to work on your live model.

What to expect in Class?

Our 6 Day Beginners Program offers multi-modal learning experiences ensuring each student has an access point that best suits their learning style and preferences. Our learners will have the opportunity to read and work independently, participate in and contribute to group dialogue, take part in interactive presentations and demonstrations, and practice hands-on with guided instruction and support, access simple tricks, techniques and methods developed by instructors, and gather feedback to use for continuous improvement.  Our approach is to scaffold learning so that we start off with important basics and build on our knowledge and skill incrementally toward advanced technique and perfection. Master your Craft!

Master Artist and Instructor Training is tailored for the seasoned artist who feels ready to share their passion for their art and their commitment to excellence in the industry.
To be a teacher involves much more than simply sharing your knowledge and skill.  To simply teach does not necessarily equate to learning.

To be a PMU educator, one must be able to intuitively respond to different learning styles and preferences, understand how to design multi-modal learning opportunities, develop varied and engaging learning activities, create a safe learning environment for students to feel free to share their struggles and learn from mistakes, monitor hands-on guided practice, and know how to provide verbal and written descriptive feedback.  Instructors must be able to develop and maintain current high quality learning demonstrations, texts, and presentations, and provide real time post-training support and trouble shooting.

In this high-end, specialized training you will learn how to design educational programs that develop qualified, confident new artists.  The science of adult learning must be understood in order to ensure that your highly developed knowledge, skill, and expertise is shared and learned by your students.

Interested individuals can register by calling the school at (281) 838-0928 or email admissions@thefacialroomsociety.com.
